We, the owners from Awana House, (Moy Inpan and Jan van Delft), bought a piece of land in the same street as our Awana House. We paid it already for 100%, so there is no bank involved. That is giving a solid base to buy a condo/apartment from us. This is one of the first things what lawyer have to check for you.

The same street means it is a very good location, especially for foreigners who want to live in the old city near the east gate Thapae Gate.

Our plan is to build a building with 4 floors, every floor is only one condo. It means you will have windows all around and 2 balconies.

Each condo has 120 square meters, a livingroom from 55 m2 with open kitchen, two bedrooms each 16 m2 and a bathroom 9 m2.

The price of a condo is 3,5 milion baht and the upper one is 3,7 milion baht.

You will have all the rights of the ownership of a condo, living, selling, ownership of 24% of the land, everything based on the condo law of Thailand.

Everything will be arranged with a lawyer. We will share the costs of obtaining the condo

You can use all the facilities of Awana House as free swimming in the swimming pool, restaurant, laudryservice, internet, etc.

Maintenance is sharing with the 4 owners. We will support you if you like as a secretary function.

The planning is to build up, starting the first of October 2006 and to be ready the first of june 2007.

We want to have to owners, signing a contract before the first of October and paying in 4 terms:

Before the first of October 2006 30% of the price.
Before the first of January 2007 30% of the price
Before the first of april 2007 30% of the price
At the first of june 2007, receiving the key, the last 10%.

The plan has already the permission of the cityhall to built up.

We will do everything in cooperation and you can change things as open or closed kitchen, one or two bedrooms, the floors, the tails, the sanitair in bathroom and kitchen, etc.
