All reservations made by the reservation system
at the Awanahouse website, by e-mail, by Post, by phone and at
our reception desk and being confirmed, are subject to our
cancellation policy. Cancellation costs are as mentioned below.

Disclaimer of Liability.
Awanahouse is not liable for changes in your travel program
arising from weather conditions, regulatory actions, strikes,
protest action, demonstrations, wars, delays of third parties,
vehicle breakdowns, etc.
Therefore (partial) cancellations of a reservation can't be
claimed for a refund/reimbursement of payments Outstanding
payments still need to be paid.
