May be you have seen how the hilltribes are living?? But did you see
how the Thai are living???
This
tour brings you to the most quiet places in the countryside of
northern Thailand. You will see how the Thai people live and work at the
ricefields and the fruit orchards (Lon Gan).
We
start at 9 am at Awana House and
go first to Lampoon and Pasang and to Ban Hong. Here you can
see (the people working on) the ricefields. We follow the way to Mae
Buan, a small village, part of Doi Tao, where we have lunch and see
some old and new traditional Thai houses. Than we will visit the
Thai family where we have dinner and overnight accommodation. You
will see traditional handicrafts
and fruit orchards during a walk.
If
you prefer we can also sleep on a boat at the Doi Tao lake.
The
second day will start with a breakfast, or at the Thai house or on
the lake.
Anyway,
if you didn’t sleep on the lake we are going to visit the lake
after looking more around the village, seeing ricefields, a garden
and a ricemill.

An
option is to make a boattrip on the lake.
